• The discounted holiday stay is valid for use by a married couple only and is subject to availability at the time of redemption.
• By availing of this voucher, you and your family are required to attend a compulsory Karma Club membership info session during your stay where you get further information on the latest news savings & benefits from across the Karmaverse.
• You are required to pay a redeemable amount of ₹4,000/- as a booking guarantee & processing fee. However, this will be reimbursed to you in the form of a food and beverage credit at the resort.
• This is an accommodation-only offer and all travel and insurance expenses together with charges for food and beverages incurred whilst staying at the resort remain payable by the guest.
• If you would like extra flexibility on dates you may choose to avail of our Flexi-Date option at a fare of ₹1,000/- that allows one date change. *Non-refundable.
• This voucher is valid for travel within 12 months from the date of issue.
• Black-out dates apply during peak periods. Please check with your Karma Club Experience Concierge at the time of booking.
• If guests fail to adhere to all the above conditions, the company reserves the right to charge the actual value of the stay.
